Rateable properties, City of Onkaparinga 1997/8 – 2007/8

In the eleven years from 1997/8 to 2007/8 the number of properties for which rates were charged increased by 7,369 (11.8%).

Numerically, the largest increase was in residential properties, which grew by 7,694 (14.4%). The largest percentage increase was in primary production, which grew by almost 40% (619 properties). Not surprisingly, the greatest decrease was in vacant land, which fell by 1,429 allotments (-32.7%).
