In our recycling bins we DO accept: newspapers, cardboard, paper and magazines (including junk mail), glass bottles and jars (lids removed), cartons, aluminium and steel cans, aerosol cans, plastic bottles and containers - recycling codes 1-7 except #6 styrofoam (lids removed).

Please lightly rinse containers or clear food from boxes.

We do NOT accept: plastic bags, styrofoam, broken glass, ceramics, green or food waste, building materials, needles or syringes, plastic lids.

Everything you put in your recycling bin is collected by SOLO Resource Recovery and is taken to VISY for large scale recycling.

Residents are eligible to have an additional recycling bin. The second bin will be picked up on the same day as your first bin. Call (08) 8384 0666 to enquire.
