Our libraries provide a housebound service where items are delivered to your address on a fortnightly basis. Assessment of eligibility will take into account a number of factors, but as a general guide the applicant must be a resident of the City of Onkaparinga, who by reason of sickness, age or incapacity is unable to travel to the library. A doctor's certificate may be required. In the case of temporary illness or disability the situation will be reviewed periodically. On receipt of an application form, obtainable from any of the libraries, a visit will be made to determine eligibility and to arrange a suitable date for delivery of the items.
