Library members can reserve and cancel PC sessions at any branch via the Internet. To manage your bookings, click here. Instructions are provided below.

 Most sessions last 55 minutes, although some Fast Track PCs (15-20 minute sessions) are available.

 Customers can initially book one session per day. Once this session has been completed, another session can be booked if PCs are available. A maximum of two sessions per day is allowed.

 Please note: A booked PC is only held until 10 minutes after the time the session was supposed to commence. After this, the booking is cancelled.

 All public PCs:

  • Provide Internet access via Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
  • Have Microsoft Office 2007 installed.
  • Have USB ports and a CD/DVD burner.

One PC at each branch has an attached scanner.

 To make a booking:

  • Go to the online booking module available here.
  • Choose a branch from the drop down menu and click on the Reserve a PC button.
  • Enter your barcode and PIN, and select a PC area, date and time. Click on the Submit button.
  • Check your booking details are correct. Accept or cancel the reservation by clicking on the relevant button.
  • To make further bookings, click on the Make a Reservation icon.

To cancel a booking:

  • Click on the Manage Existing Reservations icon and from the drop down menu choose the branch at which the booking was made. Click on the View or Cancel Reservations button.
  • Enter your barcode and PIN, and click on the Submit button.
  • Click on the Cancel button for a booking to cancel it.
