Woodcroft Library and Neighbourhood CentreCommunity Survey

We're keen to hear your views and we invite your participation in a community survey.

We would love to hear the views of all community members and we especially invite people who currently access and/or manage our facilities.

Even if you don't currently participate in community activities, we'd still love to hear from you.

The City of Onkaparinga is responsible for a portfolio of community centres, local halls, youth centres, arts and cultural centres, senior citizens clubs, and kindergartens and children’s centres. These facilities are places where people learn, develop skills, build relationships and feel more connected to the communities they live in.

Council has a responsibility to ensure that facilities and services in our city are safe, easily accessible, draw people of all ages and interests and encourage community participation. This is why we regularly review our services and facilities to ensure they are sustainable, meet current and future needs and support our vision of strong, vibrant communities.

To achieve this, we’re working with our communities to understand needs, determine which facilities might require investment and find ways to maximise the use of council-owned and non-council owned facilities.

We have engaged MINT Research to conduct a survey on our behalf to enable us to better understand community sentiment about council owned facilities.

The survey will close on Sunday 26 May 2019.
