  • Over 50s Dry Fitness and Health Program

This program incorporates stretching, flexibility and mild strengthening and aerobic exercises and also includes relaxation and stress management techniques.

  • Over 50s Aqua Fitness and Health Program

This program incorporates simple mobility and stretching exercises in a heated pool with some mild aerobic activities. Classes are at Noarlunga Aquatic Centre only.

Aldinga Community Centre

  • Tai Chi: Mondays 1.30–2.30pm
  • Line Dancing: Beginners on Wednesday 9.30–10.30pm, Intermediate on Wednesday 10.30-11.30am
  • Aldinga Walkers: Fridays 8.30–9.30am
